Maarten Colette

 


 

Maarten Colette studied law and philosophy at VUB and joined the CORE research group in 2013. His main interests include (the philosophy of) criminal law and procedure. At VUB Maarten Colette teaches Veiligheid, terrorisme & mensenrechten and, ad interim, Materieel strafrecht and Strafprocesrecht en mensenrechten. With Leiden University he co-chairs the multidisciplinary research network deDebatten (www.dedebatten.org). Further, Maarten Colette is part of the editorial board of Panopticon (deelredactie criminologie & strafrechtstheorie en boekenredactie) and Nieuw Juridisch Weekblad (deelredactie strafrecht en mensenrechten)For Tijdschrift voor Strafrecht Maarten Colette is in charge of ‘Europese rechtspraak in kort bestek’.
